Following the results of the 2nd Round auditions, the finalists of the 1st International Russian Music Piano Competition from the senior group are:

Evgeny Konnov
In the 3rd Round the contestants are to perform two piano concertos with the Ryazan Governor's Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sergey Oselkov. The auditions will take place in the Ryazan Philharmonic.
Following the results of the 3rd Round, the finalists of the senior group will be awarded with:
• 1st Prize RUB 1,000,000
• 2nd Prize RUB 750,000
• 3rd Prize RUB 500,000
• 4th Prize RUB 250,000
